Every F.R.S.-FNRS Graduate College is placed under the responsibility of a "scientific council" (regulations).
The members of this council are designated by the board of directors of the F.R.S.-FNRS following the proposal of the rectors.
Every university institution accredited in the domain under the decree must be represented by a member.
The F.R.S.-FNRS Graduate Colleges submit an annual report to the F.R.S.-FNRS committeeof the graduate schools.
